Across six hours of focused therapeutic work, we move through a coherent brief-therapy arc for one clear, substantive issue:

• Session 1 clarifies the pattern, what maintains it, and the direction the work will take.

• Session 2 holds the deeper clinical phase, using the extended window for sustained therapeutic work

• Session 3 reviews what has emerged and consolidates the work.

This programme addresses one clear, substantive issue — anxiety, a persistent habit, a specific fear, burnout, confidence work, disrupted sleep, or a focused relational or creative challenge.

Booking — You schedule your first session, then complete payment. After purchase, you receive booking links for the remaining sessions. You may book them immediately or wait until after the first session to set the right rhythm. Each time, you choose the date, time, and location: your accommodation in Plakias, a quiet villa nearby, or online once you return home.
