The sea in Southern Crete is warm in summer and swimming is always pleasant. The water temperature is 20 C in May, rising to 27-28 C in July and gradually falling back to 20 C in December. Even in February the water day temperature does not fall below 16 degrees, so you can swim in the sea all year round. Our clients have relished the experience of swimming in the sea during festive occasions such as Christmas, New Year, or Easter.
