Pricing & Payment Process
All prices are quoted in Sterling and may be subject to alteration. Any price changes will be notified and agreed with you in writing prior to your retreat.
Invoice Products & Services
Upon acceptance of our quote, we will issue a formal invoice detailing:
• The quoted price for your retreat
• Payment options with applicable fees
• Total amount due based on your chosen payment method
Payment Methods & Fees
We accept payment by:
• Revolut and direct bank transfers to our UK bank accounts (no additional fees)
• All major credit and debit cards (6% processing & administration fee applies)
• PayPal (6% processing & administration fee applies)
We do not accept cheques.
All credit and debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and authorisation. We cannot be held liable if the card issuing company refuses or does not authorise payment.
The choice of payment method is entirely yours. Your invoice will clearly show both the base price and the total amount due including any applicable fees.
Online Services
For services purchased directly through our website, all displayed prices are inclusive of any applicable processing and administration fees based on your chosen payment method at checkout.
Processing & Administration Fees
All major credit card, debit card, and PayPal payments incur a processing & administration fee of 6% of the quoted price. Your invoice will clearly show both the base price and the total amount due including any applicable fees.

Payment Deadlines
Payment must reach us by the agreed deadline indicated on the invoice, unless alternative arrangements are agreed with us in writing.
