A Proven Fasting & Juicing Programme
I know first-hand what it feels like to go through a prolonged fasting programme and to lose weight through juicing. In 2017, I participated in a 12-day fasting/detox programme in Thailand and lost 10 kg. In the spring of 2024, I created my own 21-day fasting/detox programme in Crete and lost 18 kg.
In Crete, I used self-hypnosis and engaged in a lot of daily physical exercise. It worked even better than expected. On both occasions, fasting was tough, but I felt amazingly light. Regenerated. Reborn. Younger.
In Crete, due to my use of self-hypnosis, not only did my hunger cravings disappear after the first 3-4 days, but I also started having more and more energy. By day 21, I was walking 10 km and swimming 3 km daily.
The fasting programmes we’re offering in Crete are based on my own direct experience and efficient solutions discovered with clients I’ve worked with over the years in hypnotherapy.

The 14-Day Fast Weight Loss Solution
Liquid Fasting Programme with Organic, Slow-Pressed Juices, Hypnotherapy, and Exercise
We provide you with all your drinks, food intake and electrolytes.
Juice Preparation & Consumption
• Most of our juices are slow pressed to preserve maximum nutrients and enzymes.
• Juices are provided in 250 ml, 300 ml, or 500 ml frozen bottles.
• Sip the juice throughout the day as it gradually defrosts, ensuring enjoyable hydration and steady nutrient intake.
Juice Options
• Green Juice: cucumber, celery, green apple, lemon, ginger, spinach, kiwi, spirulina, mint, parsley.
• Fruit Juice: apple, orange, lemon, pear, pineapple, pomegranate, or watermelon with a touch of ginger
• Vegetable Juice: carrot, beets, tomatoes
Anti-Inflammatory Mix
(to be taken twice daily – morning and evening)
• 1 cup orange/lemon juice, or warm water
• 1 teaspoon organic turmeric powder
• 1 teaspoon organic ginger powder (or small piece of fresh ginger, grated)

• 1-2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
• 1-2 tablespoons of honey

We use local Zaros bottled water, which was awarded “the best bottled water in the world for 2017” and comes from a unique natural mineral water spring in Crete.

• We use local olive oil with low acidity of less than 0.4 (extra virgin olive oil is normally 0.8).
• We use organic local oregano oil.
• The propolis and honey come from organic farms in Crete and Romania.
Tea & Coffee
We use organic teas and coffee, ethically sourced.

Fasting & Juicing

Additionally, liquid fasting enhances hydration and provides essential nutrients through juices, broths, and smoothies. Some people find that it helps improve mental clarity and focus, as the body isn’t expending energy on digestion.
Exercise
Daily exercise, such as walking and swimming, offers numerous benefits for weight loss. Walking is a low-impact activity that can be easily incorporated into your daily routine, helping to burn calories and improve cardiovascular health. It also boosts metabolism. Swimming, on the other hand, provides a full-body workout that engages multiple muscle groups, enhancing muscle tone and endurance. The resistance of water makes swimming an excellent calorie-burning exercise while being gentle on the joints. Both activities not only aid in weight loss but also improve overall fitness and well-being.
Electrolytes
We will provide you with electrolytes to take daily during your fasting. Electrolytes play a crucial role in maintaining bodily functions during fasting. These minerals, including sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium, help regulate fluid balance, nerve function, and muscle contractions. During fasting, the body can lose electrolytes through increased urination and sweat, leading to symptoms like fatigue, headaches, and muscle cramps. Supplementing with electrolytes helps prevent dehydration, supports energy levels, and ensures proper muscle and nerve function. They make the fasting experience more comfortable and effective
Programme Strategy
Your 4 Hypnotherapy Sessions
All hypnotherapy sessions are one-on-one and last for 2 hours.
Sessions are usually scheduled for days 2, 6 9, and 12 but they can be adjusted as needed.
Supplementary sessions are available upon request. This could be a good time to address any other issues that you’d like to change in your life, such as anxiety, burnout, or relationship issues.
Your 14 Days - Overview
• The first 2 days involve a gradual decrease in solid food intake, focusing on raw and cooked vegetarian options.
• Days 3-12 consist of a liquid-only diet with a variety of fresh juices, water, anti-inflammatory mix & health tonic
• The last 2 days involve a gradual reintroduction of solid foods. We ensure that you break your fast slowly and carefully.
• Exercise (walking for a minimum of 3 km and swimming for a minimum of 15 minutes) is included in your daily programme. Yoga, Tai Chi, and specialist massages are also available as extra options, as is cycling.
• A variety of optional activities – from creative writing, painting, photography courses, or filmmaking to horse riding, sailing, or diving - are also available on request.

Days 1-2: Gradual Decrease
Day 1:
• Breakfast: Organic fresh fruit salad, tea or coffee
• Lunch: Vegetable soup
• Dinner: Large organic raw vegetable salad with nuts and local olive oil
• Drinks: Bottled local water, herbal tea, coffee
• Exercise: 30-minute gentle walk, 10 minute swim
Day 2:
• Breakfast: Smoothie (organic spinach, banana, apple, turmeric, ginger, honey), tea or coffee
• Lunch: Raw organic vegetable soup with a pinch of black pepper
• Dinner: Begin sipping on frozen organic vegetable juice with added ginger
• Drinks: Bottled water, herbal tea, turmeric-ginger tea with raw honey
• Exercise: 30-minute walk, 15-minute gentle swim

Daily Schedule:

• Throughout the day: Sip on 3 bottles (1.5 litres total) of frozen organic juices as they defrost

4th Hypnotherapy Session
Day 14:
Breakfast: Organic fresh fruit and a little bit of organic muesli
Lunch: Organic raw vegetable salad & freshly made guacamole with walnuts
Dinner: Boiled organic vegetables with rice
Drinks: Bottled water, herbal tea, ginger tea with honey
Exercise: 30-minute walk, 15-minute gentle swim x 2 /day
Important
1. Listen to your body. You must keep an eye on your body’s signals. Symptoms like dizziness, fatigue, or muscle cramps can indicate an electrolyte imbalance. If you feel unwell, stop the fast.
2. Stay hydrated. Drink water even when not thirsty.
3. Rest as needed. Don’t overexert yourself.
4.Use oregano oil with caution. It’s potent and can cause irritation if used excessively.
5. Inform us of any your conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before you arrive in Crete and start the programme.

Due to the intensity of this programme, all participants are advised to undergo a medical screening before enrolling on this programme. Please consult with your healthcare provider to ensure that this programme is suitable for you, especially if you have any pre-existing health conditions.
Potential Risks & Contraindications
While fasting can offer numerous benefits, it is not suitable for everyone. This programme may be inappropriate for individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, underweight, or have certain medical conditions such as diabetes or heart issues.
