A standalone session offers focused therapeutic work for a contained difficulty or a particular question that calls for a single, extended appointment rather than a longer course of treatment. The two-hour window allows time to understand the pattern, work with it directly, and begin integration.

• you have done some work on this before and want to go further

• you are not yet sure how deep this goes, or what it calls for

Booking — You choose the date, time, and location: your accommodation in Plakias, a quiet villa nearby, or online. Payment follows once those details are confirmed.
