Five-Session Package

Five two-hour hypnotherapy sessions with Liviu Tipurita, a British clinical hypnotherapist registered with the National Council for Hypnotherapy.

London rate: £2,100. Your Plakias rate: £1,550.

This package provides ten hours of clinical work, allowing depth when a challenge has more than one layer. Long-standing patterns can connect — for example, anxiety with sleep disruption, relational difficulty with older confidence patterns beneath it, or performance pressure with developmental origins.

The structure supports both deep work and consolidation:

• Session 1 clarifies the pattern, what maintains it, and the direction the work will take.

• Sessions 2–4 form the deeper clinical phase, working with the layers as they emerge.

• Session 5 reviews what has emerged and consolidates the work.

This format suits interconnected difficulties — anxiety, sleep, relational, confidence, or performance patterns that operate together.

Booking — You schedule your first session, then complete payment. After purchase, you receive booking links for the remaining sessions. You may book them immediately or wait until after the first session to set the right rhythm. Each time, you choose the date, time, and location: your accommodation in Plakias, a quiet villa nearby, or online once you return home.
