1. Purpose of Confidentiality

Participants agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

• Personal information shared by other participants

• Discussions, interactions, and experiences during the retreat

• Any personal stories, challenges, or vulnerabilities disclosed

2. Prohibited Actions

Participants are expressly prohibited from:

• Recording any retreat sessions (audio, video, or photographic)

• Sharing personal details of other participants on social media

• Filming, photographing, or recording other participants outside the sessions without their explicit prior consent

• Discussing specific participant interactions outside the retreat

3. Privacy Protection

• All shared information is considered private and privileged

• Participants must respect the anonymity and privacy of others

• Any breach of confidentiality may result in immediate removal from the retreat

4. Consent and Understanding

• By booking and attending the retreat, participants acknowledge:

• They have read and understood these confidentiality terms

• They voluntarily agree to these conditions

• Failure to comply may result in legal action

5. Scope of Agreement

• This agreement remains in effect during and after the retreat, protecting the integrity and trust of all participants.
