A single two-hour session for couples with Liviu Tipurita, a British clinical hypnotherapist registered with the National Council for Hypnotherapy.

A Couples Consultation offers a focused piece of relational work when the aim is clarity, direction, or a particular question that calls for a single, extended appointment rather than a longer programme. The two-hour window allows time to gain insights into the dynamic between you, work with it directly, and begin the process of integration before the appointment closes.

As with any first appointment, the consultation also serves as an assessment — a way to gauge how each partner responds to the approach, the suitability of the working relationship, and whether a multi-session structure would serve the relationship better.

This format is well-suited when you wish to:

• understand a recurring pattern between you

• work through a specific moment of difficulty or decision

• clarify what each partner may be holding privately

• strengthen communication around a particular issue

• consolidate work begun in a previous course of sessions
